Description

The KiTA Center St. Simpert, as a Catholic ecclesiastical foundation under public law, acts on behalf of church foundations that operate daycare facilities and plans a replacement new building and the dismantling of the existing building for the Catholic daycare center St. Nikolaus in Tannenweg 1, 82319 Starnberg. The new building is to be built on the existing property on the opposite side of the existing building. In the new building, three kindergarten groups, three crèche groups and two after-school groups are to be accommodated. The construction of the new building in timber construction is desired. The new building, including all entrances, exits and bypasses, must be designed to be accessible to the disabled or barrier-free. Value should be placed on a cost-conscious and sustainable construction method. During the construction work, the daycare facility will continue to operate in the existing building. After commissioning of the new building, the old building is to be demolished.
