Acquisition of general laboratory equipment (2) in 13 parts. For each part: The successful tenderer shall be obliged to deliver, install and hand over to the contracting authority the new, i.e. unused, products that are the subject of the contract in an operational, tested condition, and to transfer to the contracting authority the legal, burden-free and unclaimed ownership of the products.
