Media monitoring
Huddinge municipality needs to continuously monitor and have access to the flow in both traditional media (radio, television, printed as well as digital daily press and specialist press) as well as social media and podcasts. This is to be able to follow issues that relate to the municipality and its areas of activity, and to keep à up to date with what is written and said about Huddinge as an organization and place. The information is used to continuously monitor the image of Huddinge municipality and make communication strategic decisions. The procurement concerns tools for this monitoring. The tool should primarily be used and administered by communicators in the communication section. They in turn deliver relevant information to stakeholders in the organization.
