In accordance with Articles R2172-33 and R2172-34 of the Public Procurement Code, this call for applications is reserved for winners of the "BIM CIM TIM" programme. The contract will be subject to a firm tranche (TF) and 4 optional tranches (TO). TF: rehabilitation of 569 dwellings divided into 9 buildings including the replacement of exterior joinery, renovation of bathrooms, replacement of heating circuits, renovation of common areas, accessibility and creation of elevators. TO 1: adaptation of housing to "seniors" by restructuring in particular the major typologies and supplementing their equipment. TO 2: recomposition of the particle size of the heritage, incorporating possible elevations.
