Es ist beabsichtigt, gemeinsam mit allen Partnern des Förderprojektes INTERREG.Baltic-Sea, cities.multimodal ein externes Projektkoordinierungsbüro mit dem Projektmanagement und dem Finanzmanagement zu beauftragen.
Das Projektmanagement umfasst den Aufbau der Projektstruktur, die Steuerung der Arbeitsprozesse, das Controlling des Projekterfolgs, die Berichterstattung sowie das Informationsmanagement.
Das Finanzmanagement umfasst den Aufbau, die laufende Betreuung der Projektpartner und die Erstellung der Finanzberichte.
Der Auftrag steht unter dem Vorbehalt des Abschlusses des Zuwendungsvertrages der Managing Authority mit dem Lead Partner.
