Description

The district school is located in the Winterhude district of Hamburg. The construction includes the construction of a class house at the historically developed school site on the 26-28 vis-à-vis sea wine road to the main building of the Fritz Schumacher district school, which is under conservation.
The new building of the classroom is planned as a 3-floor building with partial basement. The 2nd Upper floor is graduated on the south-east side.
The BGF of the building is approx. 3.925 m². The construction site is accessible via the adjacent residential road Geißlertwiete, irrespective of the school operation. School operation continues during construction work in other parts of the building.
