Description

Taking care of the cleaning services and the glass cleaning of 17 educational locations, spread over 2 plots. The total number of floor space to be kept clean is approximately 25,550 m2. The total number of m2 of double-sided glass washing is approximately 19,900 m2. Due to the expiring Agreement, the obligation to contract the Assignment on a European basis, the efficient use of community funds and the Contracting Authority's wish to conclude one Agreement with one Contractor (per lot) for the Client's location(s), it has been decided to start this Tender Procedure. The Contracting Authority enters into an Agreement with effect from 1 January 2027 for the provision of cleaning maintenance and glass cleaning services.
