Description

Prisoner health care (including the "Procurement Unit" or the "Subscriber") invites tenders for the procurement of laboratory tests in accordance with this invitation to tender. The laboratory tests to be procured include, for example, blood and urine samples, mucous membrane and excretion samples, and faeces samples. VTH staff is responsible for sampling and makes research requests. The subject matter of the procurement and the related requirements are described in this invitation to tender as well as in the procurement documents and the draft contract. VTH selects one (1) Supplier for each sub-area on the basis of a tender. There are five (5) sub-areas. The contract begins with the signature of the contract. The agreement is valid for a fixed term of two (2) years. The Client reserves the right to two (2) option periods of one (1) year. The agreement does not contain a quantity purchase obligation and does not give the Supplier the exclusive right to provide the Service to the Customer.
