The subject matter of the contract is the recurrent supply of medicinal products and food supplements and other supplies necessary for the operation of the UMHAT PROF. D-R STOYAN KIRKOVIC AD within the limits of the estimated quantities of the technical specification to the documentation for participation in the open procedure for a period of 24 months. Lots – the contract is divided into lots. All types of medicinal products and other products are described in detail in the specification – Annex 1 to this documentation. The technical specification is in accordance with the Register - Positive Drug List maintained on the website of the Ministry of Health, Annex No 2 to date 02.10.2024, Register of price caps for medicinal products subject to medical prescription and Register of maximum selling prices for medicinal products subject to medical prescription up to date on the same date. The tenderer may submit a tender for one, more than one or all of the lots. No variants may be submitted in the tender. The procedure for opening, examination, evaluation and ranking of tenders is carried out in accordance with Article 104 of the Public Procurement Act and Chapter V, Section VIII of the PPZOP. On the basis of Article 104(2) of the Public Procurement Act, the Commission will examine the tenders received in a ‘reversed manner’, as provided for in Article 61 of the PPZOP.
