The estimated amount of waste to be collected and managed is 40 800 Mg, for the duration of the contract. 3. The waste subject to this contract will be collected and then managed on the premises of the plants indicated by the Contractor in a manner consistent with the applicable law and Annex 1 to the Waste Act. 4. As part of the subject of the contract, the estimated quantities of waste to be collected and managed are assumed, divided into the following tasks: Task No 1 Z/I Dylów A – 1 000 Mg/month. Total amount of waste to be collected during the term of the contract 6 000 Mg. Task No 2 Z/I Dylów A – 1 000 Mg/month. Total amount of waste to be collected during the term of the contract 6 000 Mg. The collection of waste will take place from the premises of the Plant/Installation (hereinafter: Z/I): Z/I Dylów A, commune Pajęczno, Z/I Julków, commune Skierniewice, Z/I Gotartów, commune Kluczbork and Z/I Bełchatów, ul. Waste 19 12 12 generated under Tasks 9-10 is the fraction after the production of alternative fuels and after the fragmentation of bulky waste. 14. The Contractor undertakes to submit to the Ordering Party a copy of the decision granting the waste treatment permit (concerns a decision that has been amended during the term of the contract) immediately after its receipt not later than within 7 days from the date of receipt of the amended decision. This also applies to the decisions of any subcontractors. 15. In the event that the Contractor loses the permits, permits, concessions or other administrative decisions necessary for conducting business activity, he shall immediately notify the Contracting Authority, which in such a situation has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect. 16.
