Description

The objective of this call for tenders is to optimise the need for printing, copying and scanning via the MFPs (Multi Functional Printers) of the Contracting Authority in order to support the delivery of excellent education. The Contracting Authority wishes to achieve this objective by means of a European call for tenders in accordance with an open procedure. The aim of this invitation to tender will be to ensure, as far as possible, uniform service provision, pricing, expiry date and conditions for the Contracting Authority. The aim is to conclude a single framework contract for the Contracting Authority for a period of 60 months, with the possibility of extension by twice 12 months. Estimated scope of delivery: in the price sheet Form C, the Contractor will find the estimated size.
