The municipality of Amersfoort intends to build a new connecting road of approximately 3 kilometers, including an underpass at the level of the Zevenhuizerstraat and an adjustment of the entrance and exit A1 at Bunschoten. The road must form a high-quality connection between the Vathorst district and the N199 and the entrance and exit of the A1 motorway and also serves to connect the new Bovenduist district.
