Předmětem zakázky je zpracování studie, zpracování projektové dokumentace pro povolení stavby, inženýrská činnost pro povolení stavby, zpracování dokumentace pro provedení stavby, součinnost při výběru zhotovitele a autorský dozor pro investiční akci „Snížení energetické náročnosti ZŠ a MŠ Jižní č.p. 1903, Česká Lípa“. Předmětem projektové dokumentace je návrh opatření ke snížení energetické náročnosti objektu, hospodaření s dešťovou vodou, dále posouzení funkčnosti stávajících rozvodů vody, kanalizace, otopné soustavy, osvětlení a posouzení z hlediska užívání objektu osobami se sníženou schopností pohybu.
