1. The subject of the contract is to maintain in the area of the city of Gdynia (divided into four operating areas) around the clock and throughout the year the patency of the urban rainwater drainage network discharging rainwater and meltwater and engineering facilities (except separators) located on it or related to it, while ensuring the completeness and continuity of the provision of services. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into three PARTS, corresponding to three operational areas of the city. 3. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) manual and mechanical cleaning of the rainwater drainage network and all other than separators, engineering structures on this network located or related to it, in order to maintain their patency; 2) performing maintenance work in the current operation; 3) participation in technical and final acceptances; 4) performing inspections of the rainwater sewer network with a TV camera; 5) providing round-the-clock emergency services. 4. The detailed scope of the subject-matter of the contract, the conditions for its performance and the obligations of the Contractor, for PART 1 – REGION I, PART 2 – REGION II, PART 3 – REGION III of the contract, contain the annexes to the FTZ: 1) Annex A - Description of the subject of the contract; 2) Annex B - Instructions on the occupation of the road lane; 3) Annex C - Model work schedule; 4) Annex D - Model report on the maintenance work carried out; 5) Annex E - Guidelines for monitoring rainwater sewerage; 6) Annex F - Model characteristics of the network sections, sewers, wells and drains from the monitoring of the rainwater sewage network; 7) Annex G - Gdynia Plan - operational areas and network facilities; 8) Annex H - Operation instructions for pumping stations; 9) Annex 10/I, 10/II, 10/III – Draft provisions of the Agreement.
