1. The subject of the contract is the ‘Purchase of ICT infrastructure with renewal of producer support’, broken down into lots: Part I: Extension of support for Fortinet network devices Part II: Extend support for Extreme Networks devices Part III: Purchase of 15 network switches and 8 access points Part IV: Purchase and implementation of a comprehensive network solution including the delivery of Access Points and related installation and configuration services. The main purpose of the contract is to maintain the continuity of the work of Delegations, the Main Headquarters of the Inspectorate and CANARD. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is described in Part III of the FTZ for the relevant part. 4. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an obligation for the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection and for the Contractor to check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot from the Contracting Authority. 5. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of exercising the right of option. 6. The Ordering Party does not reserve in the description of the subject of the contract accessibility for disabled persons and design for all users. 7. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the performance of the subject of the contract. 14.The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for individual Contractors jointly applying for the contract to perform key tasks related to the performance of the subject of the contract in person. 15.The Ordering Party shall not require the Contractor to employ the persons referred to in Art. 2 point 2) of the PPL Act. 16. The Ordering Party does not reserve the requirements related to the performance of the contract referred to in provision 96 sec. 1 of the PPL Act. 17.The Contracting Authority does not specify in the description of the subject of the contract requirements related to the performance of the contract, which include economic, environmental, social, innovation or employment aspects, which will be related to the conditions of participation in the procedure and/or evaluation of tenders in the adopted criteria. 18. GDPR - Information clause contained in SWZ 19. The Contracting Authority does not provide for a pre-offer meeting to be held with the Contractors. 20. The contracting authority does not envisage conducting the electronic auction referred to in Articles 227 to 238 of the Public Procurement Act. 21. The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure, except in the situation referred to in Article 261 of the Public Procurement Act. 22. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 8) of the PPL Act. 23. Due to the fact that the activities performed by the persons indicated for the performance of the public contract do not consist in the provision of work within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Labour Code, the Employer does not specify the requirement for the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons on the basis of the contract. 24. The contracting authority does not provide that, in the procedure in question, it will make advance payments for the performance of the contract.
