Description

The consultation is launched in the form of an open invitation to tender in accordance with Articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 and R2162-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). The contract is at mixed prices: it is concluded partly at global and flat-rate prices and partly under a framework agreement at unit prices executed by means of order forms.
