Description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive collection from the Waste Management Plant in Koniecni, Osieczna, Wielkopolskie voivodship and the development in the R recovery process in the Contractor’s own installation of waste with code 19 12 12, which is a component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF), produced on an ongoing basis in the Contracting Authority’s installation and partly stored. The waste management method 19 12 12 must comply with the applicable law and decisions held by the Contractor. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 11 to the FTZ.
