Description

New construction of fire-fighting equipment house at Alsfelder Straße 73, Bad Hersfeld-Asbach
In accordance with the approved needs and development plan of Bad Hersfeld district town
is a new construction for the district armies Asbach, Beiershausen and Kohlhausen as part of a
Merger of fire brigades planned and mandatory.
The plot of land in 36251 Bad Hersfeld, Alsfelder Straße 73, Asbach district, Unter der Langen Hecke, Flur 10, Flur 12 is planned to create a modern, economic and functional fire brigade unit.
The services of architects’ offices in buildings in accordance with Section 34 of the HO-AI are tendered from service phases 3 to 9.
The construction costs for the construction of the fire brigade house are currently budgeted at EUR 2400000 net in cost groups 200, 300, 400 and 500.
It is required that all relevant general rules and specific rules:
the DIN 14092-1 fire brigade houses are observed and complied with.
