Description

This contract concerns the City of Malmö’s main needs for catering, cleaning and hygiene products such as tissue paper, detergents, serving materials, bags and sacks, and simple cleaning equipment.
Contract period
10.6.2020 – 9.6.2022
After a fixed term, the contractor may extend the contract for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months.
Renewal of contracts shall be agreed, at the initiative of the Contractor, not later than six (6) months before the expiry of the fixed term. If such an agreement does not take place, the contract shall terminate without prior notice at the end of the term of the contract.
