Poland-Warsaw: Sporting services

1. The subject-matter of the contract is to provide individual or group sports services to the Contracting Employees, children and associates under the following options:
(1) basic;
(2) swimming pool.
2. For the entire duration of the contract, the quantity available to Users of Sport Facilities in which the sport services covered by the contract will be provided may not be less than: 1500 on a national scale, including at least 300 in Mazowieckie Province and at least 200 in Warsaw. At least one covered swimming station must be available in each Voivodship city and not less than 10 in Warsaw.
3. The contracting authority estimates that at least 380 users per month will benefit from the programme under the contract. This figure is only an estimate obtained from a staff survey carried out at the Ministry of Finance. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to modify the notified number of Users entitled to use sporting services per billing period and the Contractor shall not have any claim against the Contracting Authority.
4. The contract will be financed entirely from the Contracting Authority’s own resources.
