Description

The subject-matter of the contract includes the periodic supply of specific medical supplies/devices for the needs of N. I. Pirogov University Hospital EAD, by types and quantities specified in Annex 1 - the Technical Specification. The scope of the contract includes: » delivery to the warehouse of the Employer; » unloading of the quantity of products delivered under a given request. The quantities indicated in the specification are estimated. Each lot contains separate nomenclatures. If a tenderer does not bid for one or more products of the lot in which it participates, it will be excluded from the procedure for the specific lot. In case a participant bids one or more products of the lot in which it participates, but the same do not meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority, it is assumed that the complexity has not been respected and the participant will be excluded from the procedure for the specific lot.
