The Contracting Authority – the City of Prague, represented through the organisation – the Regional Organiser of Prague Integrated Transport (ROPID) (“the Contracting Authority”) would like to address you and politely request to participate in a preliminary market consultation (“the PTK”), which will be conducted with the aim of preparing the terms of reference and informing the incoming carriers of the Contracting Authority’s intentions regarding public contracts for the provision of transport services on selected urban lines in the territory of Hl. m. Prague. The main intention of the Contracting Authority is to strengthen transport services in the territory of the Capital City of Prague by ecologically clean vehicles (“EČV”) – in particular electric buses and trolleybuses. The primary purpose of this preliminary market consultation is to verify the capabilities of the relevant carriers, in particular their experience and technical capabilities with the operation of routes through the EVN.
