Description

As part of the general refurbishment of the Geretsried School Centre, the district of Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen intends to redesign the main entrance with teacher parking (Part 1) and the adjoining rest area (Part 2) and to complete the construction; therefore, services of the LPH 2 up to and including LPH 9 of a landscape architect are requested here in accordance with the HOAI 2021 performance picture of outdoor installations. In addition, both an inventory and services are requested when applying for funding. It should be noted that there are already intermediate services for parts of the performance picture, which are precisely described in the offer documents. For reasons of school operation, parts 1 and 2 cannot be carried out at the same time. The construction work for Part 2 must be completed by 37. KW 2026 and for part 1 up to 36. KW 2027 is completed.
