Description: Condiciones especiales tipo Medioambiental. La empresa contratista debe responsabilizarse de realizar una recogida selectiva de los residuos y suciedad producidos por las tareas de desembalaje, recepción, traslado, montaje e instalación de el equipamiento. Asimismo, la empresa contratista debe responsabilizarse de retirar los embalajes y residuos ochos para depositarlos en los contenedores correspondientes o, en su caso, en el punto limpio u otro sistema de gestión de residuos autorizado. En este sentido, ya efectos de verificación del cumplimiento de esta condición especial de ejecución, la empresa contratista debe presentar una declaración responsable firmada por su representante que manifieste el compromiso al cumplimiento de la misma condición especial de ejecución, de acuerdo con el modelo orientativo que se adjunta en el anexo 5 de este pliego. Esta documentación debe presentarse cuando se envíe el contrato firmado al correo electrónico que se indique. Sin perjuicio de la presentación de la declaración responsable mencionada, la persona responsable del contrato procurará por el cumplimiento de esta condición especial de ejecución por parte de la empresa contratista.
