Description

The Sebastianstr. 69 and Alexandrinenstr. 4749 in 10969 Berlin form a row of residential buildings near Moritzplatz. The residential building has elevators with different number of stops: Sebastianstr. 69: 10, Alexandrinenstr. 47: 5, 48: 6, 49: 7 (each 630 kg payload). Access on the ground floor next to the staircase. Apartments are accessible from the elevator on the same level, pit under basement level. Equipment condition corresponds to the state of the art of 1978 (Fa. Flohr-OTIS). Engine room above the shaft. Four passenger elevators.
