Description

This invitation to tender concerns the 3-year framework contract for repair, building maintenance and vice-hosting of the Rigshospitalet.
The call for tenders covers the maintenance and repair of buildings – a total of approximately 300 000 m² gross – and in-ventar (excluding technical installations), deputy host tasks and the associated administrative and follow-up tasks.
The invitation to tender includes, on the one hand, fixed services consisting of minor repairs, service throughs and deputy host tasks, including furniture maintenance, key and signboard services, and, on the other hand, services of a more building-related nature, such as painting, floor work, roofing work, glarm work, etc.
Actual renovation tasks are not included in the tender.
