Description

1. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract and its annexes (OPZ). 2. The subject-matter of the contract is a service consisting in the successive management by recovery of waste under code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 originating from the persite fraction from the valorisation of compost produced from biodegradable waste. The service includes: 1) acceptance and transport, as well as management by recovery of the waste fraction with code 19 12 12, 2) the service provided on the above-mentioned waste fraction in the amount of not more than 760 Mg in the period from 02.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 (or until earlier reaching the limit of the total value of the contract). The Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of a minimum of 20% of the order. The service covered by this contract is an atomized, but independent part of the contract (Part II) for the successive management of the above-mentioned waste fraction.
