Description

Through an accelerated European public procurement procedure, the municipality of Voorst intends to contract one contractor for the supply and installation of residential units including storage and temporary (utility) facilities. A framework contract will be concluded with the successful tenderer for a maximum duration of four (4) years. The initial duration of the contract shall be two (2) years, with the possibility for the contracting authority to extend the contract twice by one (1) year. The request has been drawn up in such a way that it relates to the purchase, delivery, installation and ready-to-use delivery of four (4) prefabricated residential units and storage facilities, as well as to all additional deliveries and work that are necessary to fully comply with the scope of the contract. The contracting authority does not currently have a full understanding of its future housing needs. It is expected that a maximum of eight (8) additional residential units will be purchased during the term of the framework agreement. This number is indicative. No rights can be derived by tenderers from all the numbers and expectations mentioned in the procurement documents and the contracting authority is not obliged to make any minimum purchase. The contracting authority shall invite interested parties to submit a tender for this invitation to tender.
