Description

no14c014ac – jR-HZ – framework agreement on window cleaning for the Toulouse and Toulouse Métropole buildings – years 2014-2015-2016 and 2017. This consultation is carried out within the framework of a group of orders in accordance with Article 8 of the Public Procurement Code with the bodies Toulouse Métropole and Ville de Toulouse. Toulouse Métropole is the coordinator of this group of orders. Open invitation to tender, Articles 33 3 (a) and 57 to 59 of the Public Procurement Code. The consultation will be carried out in accordance with Article 76 of the Public Procurement Code on framework agreements. The purpose of that framework agreement is to define the terms governing the contracts awarded on the basis thereof, hereinafter referred to as subsequent contracts. This is a framework agreement without a minimum or maximum concluded with three tenderers (subject to a sufficient number of tenders) by each member of the group. During the period of validity of the framework agreement, subsequent contracts shall be awarded after all the holders of the framework agreement have been reopened to competition. This reopening of competition shall take place when the need arises. Each subsequent contract shall determine the form of the contract, the services, its duration and the period for performance. The holders of the framework agreement must carry out a compulsory visit to the premises before returning the subsequent market estimates.
