Description

The subject-matter of the contract is works consisting in replacing, supplementing and installing existing lighting with new LED lighting. The power supply of the lighting system is provided by cable and air lines. Before the actual implementation, transport safety will be ensured at the site of construction and assembly work. The construction must be coordinated with the owners of the technical infrastructure and the owners of adjacent roads or land. During the reconstruction of the lighting system, the system will first be disconnected from the distribution network. Then the reconstructed part will be dismantled according to the bill of quantities. As part of the comprehensive reconstruction of public lighting, it is considered to fully arm the individual main switchboards to ensure the proper functioning of the work. Meter switchboards and billing measurements at consumption points powered from the LV distribution network must be carried out according to the requirements of the electricity distributor. The switchboard shall be fitted with fault protection and automatic disconnection from the source shall be ensured with protective earthing and protective coupling under specified conditions. Where, due to the high impedance of the fault loop, it is not possible to achieve automatic disconnection within the required time, an additional connection must be made. The switchboard shall be adapted for the installation of hybrid contactors to limit high inrush currents caused by the switching of LED technologies, which shall comply with electromagnetic compatibility. After the completion of the replacement of all luminaires according to the project, an inspection report and passportization of public lighting will be prepared.
