Description

Purpose of the services: Maintenance and concierge of the Cardinal Mercier College site. Cardinal Mercier College is made up of four institutions (primary school, DOA, Humanities and Institute) spread over 18 buildings in a green setting. The infrastructure covers an area of +/-30.000m2. As such, the JCC is required to maintain the site and carry out its maintenance as a good father. The JCC wishes to entrust the tasks of maintenance, upkeep and the services of a concierge/guardian of the site to a specialised company. This contract is a public service contract within the meaning of category A14 of Annex II to the Law of 15 June 2006 and has as its object the implementation of all the means and other constraints necessary for the perfect execution, in accordance with the rules of the art of the maintenance contract, of the maintenance of the buildings of the CollĆØge Cardinal Mercier site, located at 83 chaussĆ©e de Mont Saint Jean at 1420 Braine-lā€™Alleud. This contract comprises one contract with a start date of 23/02/2025 for a period of four years. This contract also includes, as a compulsory option, additional hours of work and various hourly work. Tenderers must indicate in their tenders the price of one hourā€™s work and any time-based services in accordance with the relevant schedules set out in the Annex.
