Description

Die Stadt Friedberg schreibt die Geschäftsbesorgung für ihren städtischen Wohnungsbestand aus, mit der die Verwaltung und Betreuung des Wohnungsbestands mit Nebenanlagen auf einen Geschäftsbesorger übertragen werden. Ziel ist es, eine strategisch ausgerichtete Wohnungsbewirtschaftung sicherzustellen und zugleich auch künftig soziale Aspekte, wie sozialverträgliche Mieten, eine niederschwellige Beratung der Mieter in Abstimmung mit den örtlichen caritativen und Sozialstrukturen zu gewährleisten
