Description

The subject of this public contract is the dismantling of existing gastronomic facilities, their eviction and subsequent transport and installation of new gastronomic facilities. The subject of the contract is also the retrofitting of selected existing equipment and the physical disposal of those existing equipment that will not be installed in the newly renovated kitchen. The contract is divided into two lots: 1.Part - Construction Part 2.Part - Supply and installation of catering equipment The Contractor shall be entitled to submit his tender for one or two lots of the contract. A more detailed specification is set out in point 4 and in Annex 5 to these tender specifications. In accordance with Section 127 of the Act, the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure in both parts in cases where the contracting authority will not be awarded a grant.
