Description

These special conditions concern the concession of the service, under the conditions set out below, relating to the management of the Christmas Sports Centre located at Via Magnolie, Pieve Emanuele, including the organisation of sporting, training, leisure and leisure activities, the technical and organisational aspects linked to the provision of the service, the commercial and marketing activities, the collection of revenue from the tariffs paid by users, natural or legal persons, the setting of tariffs for access to and use of the facility and the maintenance of the facility, as described below, in accordance with the purposes and purpose set out in Article 3 of the special conditions:
(1) opening, closing, surveillance, storage and cleaning of the entire plant; administrative, technical and organisational directorate, cash-flow service and management of technological installations and water treatment and related routine maintenance;
(2) planning and management of Christmas teaching activities in winter and summer, fitness activities and the organisation of play activities at local summer leisure centres, and baby assistance;
(3) planning and management of swimming activities aimed at vulnerable sections of the population (older people; persons with disabilities,...);
(4) routine maintenance of all installations and facilities;
(5) sales and trading activities in the boat centre’s appliances (bar/restaurant space; aesthetic booth,...).
