Contract works for the project ‘Development of care services for elderly persons in the context of the reconstruction of a building located in the residential district of Melnragė, Aušros g. 41’ (hereinafter ‘works’) with the preparation of a work project (hereinafter ‘services’). The works and services are purchased in accordance with technical project No 2018-06-28-TP ‘Construction of a residential building (for persons of various social groups) and a residential building (Un. No 2191- 0006-4021) and the Client's task (technical specification) (Annex 5 to the tender specifications). More detailed information and requirements for the purchased works and services are provided in the Customer's task (technical specification) and technical design. The kitchen equipment provided for in Part T-16 of the technical project 2018-06-28-TP-TS ‘Technical part of the kitchen production and auxiliary premises’ is not covered by this procurement – it will be purchased separately by the contracting authority and therefore does not need to be assessed when submitting the tender. Contractual works of electricity-gas and equipment, which are owned by ESO, are also carried out by a contractor appointed by ESO. These works shall not be included in the price of the tender.
