The existing main building No 57 – Children’s Health Centre Bedřichov is located in the built-up part of the town of Špindlerův Mlén in the part of the city of Bedřichov. The investor’s intention is to insulation all external structures of the existing Bedřichov DO building in Špindlerova Mlyna that do not meet the current thermal technical requirements. The design of insulation of the object retains the current appearance of the object, taking into account the use of new technologies. The surface treatment of the wooden walls shall be made of a horizontal wooden deck tiles, which shall be lasuring. Together with the insulation of the building, roof coverings will be replaced for the main part of the building and the northern extension. In places where soil construction is carried out, mineral insulation shall be insulation. Part of the above project includes a partial replacement of existing windows. The current plastic windows in the whole building, with the exception of windows in the arrows in the southern wall, and the entrance doors will be maintained on the main part of the object. For the new windows for the outskirts, the existing exempted windows from roof rooms will be used, new medium-sized windows will be newly produced. The action also covers the implementation of new lightning conductors. Existing lightning conductors will be dismantled and, after insulation of the building, they will be implemented in accordance with the standards and regulations currently in force. If necessary, excavations will be carried out to store new earthing of lightning conductors. Within the building, existing cast iron heaters will be replaced by new platelets. In other words, as far as heating is concerned, only the supply and installation of 41 new heating bodies is part of this project. Completion of the action – completion of outstanding works and partial correction of works already carried out. The scope is determined by the compiled lists of works (statements of assessment) which form part of the tender specifications. This is a statement of assessment: In Bedřichov – insulation and alteration of the main building – residual work and DO Bedřichov – insulation and construction of the main building – SO-01 costs arising from poor construction and defective technology, and SO-02 additional work and change of technology against PD.
