Description

Planning and consulting services renaturation PK Erft Section 16 on water design Caster, renaturation and continuity measure Perspektivkonzept Erft Section 16. Two-stage competition for the award of planning services in the field of execution within the framework of the VgV. The number of participants is limited to 3 to a maximum of 5. The competition is preceded by an application procedure with the selection of participants. In the course of the implementation of the EC WFD and in order to adapt the Erft to the changed conditions after the end of open-cast lignite mining, the Erftverband has drawn up the Erft perspective concept. The restoration and continuity measures to be awarded here concern the planning section 16 of the concept. The project area extends from the branch of the Kasterer Mühlenerft (Erft-Km 30+130; GSK3e) until reconnection (Erft-Km 27+255, GSK3e). The aim is to plan a water restoration that is as compliant as possible with a view to achieving ecological consistency. For the planning of the measure, engineering services according to HOAI must be provided in the areas of property planning (hydraulic planning), structural design (optional) as well as landscape planning services, considerations of species protection and environmental compatibility, hydraulic calculations and soil management. Eligible costs are expected to amount to approximately EUR 3.4 million for civil engineering structures under Section 44 of the HOAI and EUR 0.4 million for structural design under Section 52 of the HOAI.
