Description

Conducted public procurement, negotiated without prior announcement on the basis of Article 18(1)(8), under the conditions of Article 79(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Act, the subject of the contract being the delivery of goods traded on a commodity exchange, in accordance with a list approved by Council of Ministers Decree No 191/29.07.2016, as amended by Council of Ministers Decree No 357/08.12.2016. The public procurement was divided into six lots as follows: 1. Lot 1 – Supply of diesel fuel F-54, according to TS K 21.4998.24, estimated value of lot 3 336 333,34 BGN excluding VAT. 2. Lot 2 – ‘Supply of aviation kerosene Jet A-1’. 3. Lot 3 – ‘Supply of PCK gas oil – 0,1 % sulphur for heating purposes’. 4. Lot 4 – ‘Supply of F-67 motor gasoline’. 5. Lot 5 – ‘Supply of F-75 diesel fuel (marked for vessels)’. 6. Lot 6 – ‘Supply of F-18 aviation petrol, type 100 LL or equivalent or type B 91/115 or equivalent’.
