Description

-sukurti pagarbų ir paveikų sprendinį, įamžinant Laisvės Kovos Karžygio Juozo Lukšos-Daumanto atminimą, aktualizuojant šios asmenybės reikšmę šiuolaikinei Lietuvai;
-sukurti paminklinio objekto ir aplinkos sprendinių ansambliškumą ir stilistinę dermę su kraštovaizdžiu;
-išsaugant dabartines Juozo Lukšos-Daumanto skvero funkcijas praturtinti jas naujomis – paminklinio objekto apžvalga, kameriniai partizaninio judėjimo atminties renginiai, patogumas visoms lankytojų grupėms bet kuriuo sezonu ir kt.;
-paminklinio objekto aplinkos sprendiniai turi būti tvarūs, t. y. būtini idėjai išreikšti ir tausojantys atnaujinto skvero funkcines zonas, želdinius, infrastruktūrą.
