Mowing landscape elements and nature areas Laarbeek 2026 ev - Municipality of Laarbeek
The work to be carried out concerns the ecological mowing and removal of grasslands, banks and sandy paths within the municipality of Laarbeek for the period 2026 to 2029. These activities are part of the management of nature areas and landscape elements, as laid down in the management plans and work plans of the Bosgroep Zuid Nederland. The mowing management is aimed at preserving and strengthening natural values, increasing biodiversity and realizing a species-rich and structured landscape. The work is carried out on the basis of a work description in which the desired implementation and quality, but also the areas, mowing frequencies, implementation periods and ecological preconditions are described in detail. The work is settled on the basis of areas actually mowed, with deductible hectare prices for regular equipment, balloon tyres and caterpillars. The work is carried out within the municipality of Laarbeek and is the sole responsibility of the municipality. This assignment is therefore not merged. A cultural engineering or wage company usually has all the disciplines in-house to be able to carry out the various parts of the work. The scope of the contract is also such that the entire work can also be easily carried out for an average SME in this sector. It is therefore not necessary to divide the work into lots. The agreement is concluded for a period of at least two years and a maximum of four years. The envisaged date of entry into force of the Agreement is 5 January 2026.
