GWG Grundstücks- und Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Schwäbisch Hall mbH plans to renovate and convert the former barrel factory building in Schwäbisch Hall – Hessental at Karl-Kurz-Strasse 44 (so-called ‘Kurz-Areal’). In addition to commercial and catering areas, a large part of the building is to be taken over by the district of Schwäbisch Hall for essential parts of the administration. Compliance with the highest energy standards is a key objective of the construction project. This procurement procedure is the subject of an invitation to tender for the dry-building work walls.
