Description

Invitation to supplier dialogue - weather protection for stops in Gothenburg Västfastigheter, part of Region Västra Götaland's property, support and service management, plans during the third quarter of 2025 to investigate the conditions for an upcoming procurement of new weather protection for public transport stops within the municipality of Gothenburg. Prior to this work, we would like to invite potential suppliers to an initial dialogue to gain a better understanding of the market's opportunities and challenges. The dialogue aims to gather information that can contribute to a well-functioning procurement process. The dialogue does not mean that a public procurement has been launched, nor does it mean that Västfastigheter or the administration is obliged to launch such a procurement. The dialogue will be held in August 2025. The following topics will be addressed: • Expected volumes, production and delivery capacity and lead times • Different types of weather protection and additional equipment, as well as display of the weather protection • Timetables for production and installation • Planning conditions • Other questions from suppliers Implementation: The dialogue sessions will initially be held digitally via Microsoft Teams and are expected to take approximately 1 hour. Informal notes will be taken during the dialogue sessions.
