Project: New technical centre construction.
Trade: Double floor and floor covering work.
The German Air Traffic Control Agency shall set up a technical centre on the DFS campus in Langen.
Location:
The field is located on the DFS campus. The campus is part of the Neurott industrial area and is directly adjacent to the forest.
Use:
The use of the building provides space for data centres, IT testing laboratories and offices.
Construction:
The building consists of a building with 3 upper floors for the technical areas and an office part with 4 upper floors.
It is classed as a special building of class 5, with a floor area of 1 600 m² and a maximum height of 22.8 m.
Scope of the service:
— approx. 10 different types of raised floor divided into e.g.: Payloads, body heights, conductivity, covering application, use as a compressed air floor, with and without grid bars and traps, partly as a control room floor, in part. Fire protection requirements, partly increased anti-corrosion requirements, partly with wide-ranging beams, part with special constructions, partly with auxiliary structures for technical paths in the raised floor, etc.,
— approx. 3 500 m² coating as a two-component coating of the raw floor,
— approx. 2 700 m² of raised floor, applied with carpet, air-leading, installation height up to approx. 1.20 m, payload 7.5-10 kN/m², load class (point load 5 CN),
— approx. 2 000 m² of raised floor applied with carpet, installation height approx. 0.18 m, payload 5 kN/m², load class 5A (point load 5 CN),
— approx. 800 m² of raised floor applied with linoleum or rubber covering, in part with special conductivity, installation height up to approx. 1.20 m, payload 7.5-10 kN/m², load class (point load 5-10 CN),
— approx. 820 m² of raised floor, applied with linoleum or rubber covering, air-leading, in part with special conductivity, installation height up to approx. 1.20 m, payload 7.5-10 kN/m², load class (point 5-10 CN),
— approx. 50 m² of raised floor, as a composite floor suitable for tile covering in the wet room, installation height 1.25 m, payload 5 kN/m², load class 5A (point load 5 CN),
— Making special connections for door sleepers in the area of raised floor structures,
— approx. 700 m² of linoleum for railways,
— approx. 300 m² of carpet in the form of railways,
— approx. 220 m² of bulkheads in the area of raised floors, fire protection F0 – F90, in part. Smoke-tight, height 0.15-1.15 m.
Construction start 3.12.2012.
(Assembly start of coating and grid installation from the beginning of January 2013).
