Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of 5 type C medical ambulances meeting the requirements of PN:EN 1789 or an equivalent standard together with a main stretcher carrier and stretchers (meeting the requirements of PN EN 1865 or an equivalent standard) for the needs of the Provincial Emergency Service Station in Przemyśl SP ZOZ , ul. Juliusz Słowacki 85, 37 – 700 Przemyśl . The offered subject of the contract must have documents allowing it to be used for road traffic in the Republic of Poland, enabling its registration and operation immediately after receipt by the Ordering Party in accordance with applicable law, i.e.: 1) meet the requirements of the current standards PN-EN 1789+A2 and PN EN 1865 or an equivalent standard; 2) have a valid approval (for a car with bodywork) issued in accordance with the provisions of Section III, Chapter 1a of the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047 i.e.); 3) meet the conditions specified in the regulations regarding the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 (2024 item. 502 i.e.); 4) meet the conditions set out in the provisions regarding the designation of the State Medical Rescue System in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 16 January 2023 (Journal of Laws 2023, item. 118 5) meet the conditions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 27 September 2003 on detailed activities of authorities in matters related to vehicle entry into service and model documents in these matters (Journal of Laws of 2003, No. Journal of Laws 2019, item 2130) The subject of the contract must be unused, non-demonstration, complete and ready for use, and have the equipment and parameters indicated in Annex 2 to this SWZ. The contracting authority shall require that the subject-matter of the contract be performed within 50 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract . The draft contract terms are set out in Annex 11 to the contract . Criteria for the evaluation of tenders - "Price" - C - 60 % - "PTU Technical Performance" - 40 % - can be obtained from the offer of additional technical parameters specified in Annex 1 - tender form.
