Description

The object of this contract is the integral management of the Judicial Measures of Detention Execution Centres "El Laurel" and "El Lavadero", attached to the AGENCY OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID FOR THE REEDUCATION AND REINSERTION OF THE MINOR INFRACTOR. This comprehensive management includes the provision of all necessary services, including those of a technical and professional nature, by the awarded entity(ies) that are linked to a total of 106 places available in these two Centres. These places are intended for minors and young offenders with respect to whom the Juvenile Sections of the Courts of Instance have adopted the judicial measures of detention provided for in Organic Law 5/2000, of 12 January, Regulating the Criminal Responsibility of Minors, in closed, semi-open, open, therapeutic (either for mental health or for the consumption of toxic substances) and weekend regimes.
