Description

Modification, reconstruction, refurbishment, façade renewal, replacement and mechanical modernisation of the kitchen wings of the Generalimnasium of the Reformate College and the Art Secondary School in the framework of a works contract:
A double-deck + cellarised building, with a floor area of 1 051.55 m², is currently degraded, energy and technical building. The room connections do not correspond to the eating, kitchen function.
The successful tenderer shall be responsible for:
— redesigned room connections after dismantling the existing internal partitions and static reinforcements, the installation of kitchen, dining and service rooms on the ground floor and the creation of new classrooms and service spaces on the floor (1 051.55 m²),
— new thermal insulation of the building, with the export of the street front façade (673.05 m²),
— preparation of a new floor above the dining room (42.24 m³),
— installation of new windows (80) and coverings (1 687.25 m²),
— preparation of a new suspended ceiling (1 203.56 m²) on the premises of the building,
— renovation of the building’s mechanical and electrical system (1 051.55 m²)
— solar panel works (1 installation of a 50 Kw system)
The contracting authority applies the Public Procurement Act in the present proceedings. Section 75(2)(e).
In addition to the KEHOP resources (estimated 29.3 % of the estimated value) set out in point II.2.13, the contracting authority provides the consideration from the Ministry of Human Resources (70.7 % of the estimated value, oneh-KCP-16-P-0095) and, if necessary, financed from its own resources.
The period specified in point II.2.7 of the call for tenders and this notice is expressed in calendar days.
