Description

The contracting authority announces this public procurement procedure on the basis of Article 18(1)(1) and (2) in conjunction with Article 74 et seq. of the Public Procurement Act – procedure for conducting an open procedure. The object of this public procurement is a supply within the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act. The open procedure for the award of the contract for: ‘Supply of net quantities of active electricity (high/medium/low voltage) and selection of the coordinator of a standard balancing group for a period of 12 months for the needs of TP ‘DLS Topolovgrad’’ is carried out on the basis of a decision by the director of SEDP Sliven. The public procurement is executable under the conditions described in the documentation for participation in the procedure and in accordance with the Technical Specifications. The provisions of the Public Procurement Act and its Implementing Rules, as well as the applicable national and international normative acts, shall apply to the conditions for conducting the procedure, which are not regulated in the documentation for participation.
