Description

The purpose of the Service is the contracting by ENAIRE as policyholder, of an insurance contract that guarantees the economic consequences, derived from the Civil Liability of its status as Provider of Air Navigation Services and other services of the Aviation industry, in relation to material, personal and consequential damages derived from them, as well as pure patrimonial damages. Civil Liability will also be covered for the same causes, for events arising from risks of war, terrorism, strikes and kidnapping. The Civil Liability of CRIDA A.I.E., EGS and Fundación Enaire is also protected in relation to its activities in airports or in connection with the provision of services to the Aviation industry. Likewise, the Civil Liability of ENAIRE will be covered, arising from the possession or use, under rent or ownership of buildings and facilities located within the airport grounds.
