Description

Open procedure for the appointment of a contractor under the public contract ‘Supply of medicinal products for the needs of MBAL’ Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov AD – Lovech by means of recurring supplies following requests made by the contracting authority in lots for a period of 12 months from the date on which the contract was signed. The procedure covers 3 (three) lots with different numbers of nomenclature units. Each candidate may submit only one tender covering the execution of a contract in one and/or more separate headings of the Technical Specification – Annex 1. No variants may be submitted in tenders. According to Article 30 (1) of the PPZOP, tenders may be submitted for one or more nomenclature units from lots in accordance with the technical specification and the tender documentation.
