Predmetom zákazky je zriadenie dynamického nákupného systému (DNS) na zadávanie zákaziek na dodanie automobilov do 3,5 tony, ktoré sú bežne dostupné na trhu, a ktoré sú zaradené podľa spoločného slovníka obstarávania v rozsahu skupiny 341. Pri niektorých typoch vozidiel môže byť požadované aj dodanie a montáž doplnkového vybavenia vozidla ako napr. zostava svetelného a zvukového výstražného zariadenia.
